My transmission went out on my 2012 Nissan Rogue. Starks did a free diagnostic on the car and told me it needed a new or salvaged transmission. I was almost four hours from home. We did not have the work done as my husband came down with a trailer and took me and the car back home. The service I did get from Starks was great. Very informative and I wasn't charged.
